Susi Norfolk has been in the Nail industry for 35 years. Susi has been a National Educator for LCN USA for 14 years and has run her business successfully since 1989. Susi is also a Medinail certified MNT. She was featured twice in Nails Magazine in 2018. Once for design tips for running a relaxing salon environment, and the second time, she was featured for her retail expertise. Susi is passionate about the Nail industry and loves shining light on ways to continuously help nail technicians grow in their talents and businesses. In 2024 Susi became a sub distributor for Cj’s Centre for Beauty Salon Supply in Southern California. She does all this while still working behind the chair in her own salon suite.

I highly recommend Perfect 10 for a Pedicure! I’m a tennis player and put some very hard hours on my feet year around. I never realized the importance of a good healthy pedicure. Susi has been able to bring my feet back to life by using Barefoot toenail repair on a few of my toes that were crumbling apart. I was actually embarrassed to show them naturally. Well now I hardly ever wear polish and they look amazing! Her attention to detail is great and I appreciate the fact that she uses non toxic and a clean product line. Worth every penny and her pedi’s last twice as long as any pedicure I’ve ever had. Thank you!

These are the best nails you’ve ever had!! I love that they are a healthier and safer alternative to gel/acrylic. Night and day difference. I’m super rough with my nails, work out daily and they never chip or break! I’ve gone 4-5 weeks before a fill and they are solid. Susi is meticulous when it comes to shape and color. She is the master at creating a natural look but durable set. She’s amazing at every nail design too so she’s really the full package! I always get so many compliments on every new set. You will love her and be hooked on resin forever !!

I’m more than elated with the outcome. Seeing the before and after photos showed the vast improvement and change in my feet. The calluses and dead skin were removed and the cuticles looked the healthiest I’ve ever seen. This was the service I wanted and needed rather than a place do the bare minimum in care to my feet.
